On Sunday night SAM HUNT was absent from the ACM Awards where he won Single of the Year for Body Like A Backroad. While the speculations fly about his whereabouts and what could possibly be more important than winning an ACM, he quickly answered that question on instgram in a very dapper post. Sam wrote, “Thank you Academy Of Country Music for the award for Single of the Year. I was celebrating the marriage of my long time friend and tour manager John Worthington. This made the weekend extra special. See y’all next year!”
